Congratulations to Coach Luigi !!

On may 18th, 2019 our very own Coach Luigi Bisconti stepped into the cage at King of the Cage "River Wars" in Parker, Arizona and got that long awaited win! He trained harder than ever for this one and it paid off with a second round TKO victory. This is just the beginning of his bright fighting future. We are proud he is part of the Infinite BJJ and MMA team.

INFINITE BJJ AND MMA STUDENT LUIGI BISCONTI STEPPED INTO THE CAGE FOR THE FIRST TIME ON 1/26/19 AT RUF 30 AT THE AK-CHIN CASINO IN MARICOPA, AZ. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME A STUDENT FOUGHT IN THE CAGE FROM OUR GYM AND WE COULDN'T BE MORE PROUD OF HIM AND THE HARD WORK HE'S PUT IN. THE FIGHT WENT THREE ROUNDS AND ALTHOUGH LUIGI DID NOT COME OUT ON TOP, WE LEARNED ALOT AND CAN'T WAIT FOR HIS UPCOMING FIGHT IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS!
24 HOUR ROLL-A-THON FOR THE FAMILY OF FALLEN SALT RIVER POLICE OFFICER CLAYTON TOWNSEND
Congratulations to Coach Corey and Luigi!

On July 28th, 2018, our very own Coach Corey competed at the American Grappling Federation's Phoenix Championship. He dominated the black belt divisions and brought home 3 gold and 1 silver medal. Corey is an amazing coach with a lot of experience and it showed at this tournament. Way to go Coach Corey!

Congratulations to Luigi, our first student to compete in a tournament! With only 6 weeks of BJJ training, Luigi stepped on the tournament mat on July 28th, 2018 at the American Grappling Federation's Phoenix championship. He defeated everyone in his own weight class to secure a gold medal and a silver medal in the open weight division. He had 9 matches and went 6-3 for the day, an amazing achievement for a guy with limited experience. We are so proud of Luigi and look forward to him continuing his journey as a student and competitor!

From 2pm on January 12th, 2019 to 2pm on Sunday January 13th we kept our doors open and held a 24 hour "ROLL-A-THON" open mat to raise donations for the family of a fallen officer. Hundreds of BJJ practitioners from around the state and local residents stopped by to drop off donations and get on the mats to roll! Together we raised over $3500. It was a small gesture for a big cause. Officer Townsend left behind a wife and 10 month old child so we did what we could to help. Prayers and God bless their family

Congratulations to coach Omur and his daughter for placing in the Arizona State Chamionships on June 16th, 2018 with 43 years between them!

OPEN MAT FOR ZACH

On Sunday, May 27th, we opened our doors for the first time and held an open mat event for Zach, a teen who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a very aggressive form of bone cancer. Jiu Jitsu coaches and competitors from all over Arizona came together to get on the mats for donations to help support this young man's struggle and help with his numerous medical bills. It was an amazing display of support. Zach was able to show up and he seemed overwhelmed with the showing from the BJJ community. We come together at times like this so no one stands alone.
